Boys Club: Strong together during the autumn holidays
In the autumn holiday project Boys Club, boys aged 14 to 18 at FFT Düsseldorf find space for real conversations, creative ideas, and shared time. From October 19 to 23, 2026, they will deal with friendships, feelings, solidarity, and the question of who they want to be.
Conversations that truly matter
Amidst social media pressure, self-optimization, and role models, the Boys Club engages in open conversations about what concerns young people in their daily lives. Participants exchange thoughts on feelings, friendship, and mutual support. This strengthens social skills, self-reflection, and a sense of community.
Getting creative with theater and video
Together with the artists from onlinetheater.live, the youth will develop their role models and create videos. Theater elements provide a playful approach to personal questions. The creative learning experience fosters expressiveness, imagination, and the courage to bring in personal perspectives.
Age-appropriate and with a shared lunch break
The program is age-appropriate for young people aged 14 to 18 and runs daily from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM in the FFT foyer. Lunch is provided. Participation is free of charge. The project is organized as part of the children and youth work of FFT Düsseldorf in cooperation with onlinetheater.live, the integration and migration service of the Caritas Association Düsseldorf, and the Maria Montessori Comprehensive School Düsseldorf.
A safe place for exchange and development
The family and youth program combines cultural education with social learning. In a guided workshop atmosphere, young people can ask questions, develop their ideas, and experience how different voices come together to create a joint creative project. Safety, respect, and voluntary exchange form the foundation for this special holiday experience.
