Boys Club: Creative Autumn Holiday Time for Youth in Düsseldorf
In the autumn holiday project Boys Club, boys aged 14 to 18 find space for genuine conversations, creative ideas, and communal learning experiences at FFT Düsseldorf. From October 19 to 23, 2026, the focus is on friendship, feelings, solidarity, and the question of who one wants to be.
Together Instead of a Lone Wolf
Amid social media pressure, role models, and daily expectations, the project invites open discussions. Participants engage with age-appropriate issues that matter to youth: How am I really doing? How can I be there for others? And what role models fit my own path?
Theater, Videos, and Own Ideas
Together with the artists from onlinetheater.live, role model figures and own videos will be created. Theatrical exercises connect expression, media design, and personal reflection. This fosters a practical learning experience that enhances creativity, self-confidence, social competence, and a sense of community.
A Safe Space for Exchange
The holiday project combines theater education, media work, and political education. The atmosphere creates room for curiosity, child and youth culture, and respectful exchange. Concepts such as safety, solidarity, and mutual support are at the center of the collaborative work.

The Boys Club is implemented by FFT Düsseldorf in cooperation with onlinetheater.live, the integration and migration service of the Caritas Association Düsseldorf, and the Maria Montessori Comprehensive School Düsseldorf.
