I had a wonderful stay at Tribe Düsseldorf in Düsseldorf. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish. The rooms are beautifully designed, with very comfortable mattresses and high-quality bed linen that made for a great night’s sleep. The hot rain shower was absolutely amazing — a real highlight after a long day. I was also impressed by the good quality hygiene products provided. Dinner at the restaurant was generous in portion and full of flavour — truly tasty and satisfying. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

I recently stayed at the Tribe Düsseldorf, and while my stay had a rocky start, it ended up being a fantastic experience thanks to the incredible service at the front desk. When I first checked in, I was placed in a single room where I encountered a major issue: the shower drain was blocked, which unfortunately flooded the entire bathroom. I went down to reception feeling quite frustrated, but that is where I met Antoine. Antoine was absolutely stellar. He handled the situation with such professionalism and empathy. He immediately upgraded me to a new, much better room without any hesitation. Later, when I had a question about the heating, he personally ensured I was comfortable by providing a portable heater. Beyond just solving problems, Antoine was genuinely cheerful and went out of his way to make sure I felt welcome and taken care of throughout my stay. It’s rare to find such high-level service. If you’re staying here, you’re in great hands with him! In addition, the breakfast team were also exceptionally customer friendly and went out of their way to make sure I could still have access to food, even after the buffet closed. Pros: Exceptional service, quick problem-solving, and a team that actually cares about your comfort.

Nice hotel with - as various other reviewers have said - consistently excellent staff throughout. I mainly dealt with Ariane (both over the phone prior to arriving) and then during the stay. She's excellent and was kind enough to grant both an early check in and slightly later check out. Tam was very helpful too in bringing up a portable heater within seconds of me asking for one. The staff are all relaxed, clearly enjoy working there, and it shows. The single room with balcony is on the cosy side space wise but with a very comfortable bed, a desk, and a spacious (and powerful) shower. I was impressed with breakfast, good range of the usual plus a few more unusual items for a hotel in this range (smashed avocado, ginger shot juice, etc.). Whilst the area around the station is not as pleasant as other parts of Dusseldorf, the convenience factor of being a short walk from the train platforms is super convenient. The Italian pizzeria opposite is good if in need of a bite nearby. Would stay again.

I recently stayed at Tribe Dusseldorf for a trade show. Location of the hotel is extremely good. Above all, I had an amazing experience at the hotel, thanks to the great front desk and bar staff. Specifically Katrina and Ivana who were always helpful. In addition, all the hotel staff are extremely welcoming and cheerful. Thanks again for offering a smooth and enjoyable stay.

My stay at TRIBE Düsseldorf was absolutely exceptional. The rooms are beautifully designed, very clean, and offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great and the lobby area has such a cool, modern vibe. Special thanks to Lara at the front desk. She was warm, attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. I would definitely book this hotel again!
