PSD BANK DOME | Parking & Seating Plan

The PSD BANK DOME is today one of the most important multifunctional arenas in Düsseldorf, combining great live experiences with a clear visitor logic that begins with the journey. The hall initially became known as ISS DOME; since July 1, 2021, it has been named PSD BANK DOME. At the same time, it has been the home ground of Düsseldorfer EG since the 2006/07 season, firmly anchoring it in the city's sporting life. The arena is designed for concerts, shows, sporting events, and special formats, offering a maximum capacity of 15,151 seats. This combination of size, flexibility, and strong branding makes the PSD BANK DOME equally exciting for visitors and organizers. Those looking for parking, seating plans, capacity, or current events are not just searching for an address here, but for an established venue with clear processes, diverse ticket options, and infrastructure designed for large crowds. Events, Today and the Program at PSD BANK DOME

When users search for PSD BANK DOME today or PSD BANK DOME events, it almost always revolves around the same core: What is currently happening, and what type of event fits this hall? The official homepage answers this question with a very broad program structure. Current events are displayed and filtered by event types, including concerts, exhibitions, workshops, shows, special events, DJ sessions, festivals, parties, sports events, tours, as well as trade fairs and congresses. This is important because the venue cannot be reduced to a single purpose. Those who only know the PSD BANK DOME as a concert arena overlook the added value of the venue: the hall is multifunctional, and that is what makes it so relevant for searches related to programs, today, tickets, and event calendars. Therefore, the official website is the first point of contact when checking a specific date, a current lineup, or an event category. ([psd-bank-dome.de](https://www.psd-bank-dome.de/en?utm_source=openai))

From the organizer's perspective, the range is also remarkable. The official information page for concerts and shows emphasizes the high ceiling load, making it suitable for demanding stage designs, TV productions, and large-scale productions. On the sports page, the DOME is described as the home of Düsseldorfer EG and also as a suitable venue for other sports formats such as athletics, table tennis, or handball. For visitors, this means: The program of the venue is not only large but also varies greatly. It ranges from emotional show evenings to top-level and family sports to special formats with their own dramaturgy. For this reason, it is worthwhile to check not only the event itself before a visit but also the information regarding entry, seat selection, and event-dependent rules. Those searching for a suitable program at the PSD BANK DOME today will find a quick, clear, and current structure on the official page instead of long search paths. ([psd-bank-dome.de](https://www.psd-bank-dome.de/en/organiser/concerts-shows?utm_source=openai))

From an SEO perspective, this topic area is particularly strong because it perfectly reflects search intent and user logic. People today do not search abstractly for an arena but for the concrete experience: concert, sport, show, or event on the same evening. That is why the PSD BANK DOME is so present in event-related search queries. The homepage consolidates upcoming dates, the event calendar view allows filtering by categories, and additional visitor information helps turn pure searches into realistic visit decisions. Whether one is searching for programs, today, or events, the crucial factor is the combination of up-to-date overviews and a versatile venue profile. Parking at PSD BANK DOME: P1, P3, P4, and Underground Garage

The keyword PSD BANK DOME parking is one of the most important search queries related to the hall, and that makes sense: Those arriving for a large event want to know in advance where to securely park their car, how early the parking areas open, and whether there is an alternative to the underground garage. The official access page provides a clear structure for this. Up to 2,250 parking spaces are available for motorized visitors in immediate proximity, distributed across the P1 parking garage and the P3 and P4 parking areas. Additionally, the PSD BANK DOME has an underground garage, which also includes VIP parking spaces. The height restrictions are clearly indicated: the underground garage has a clearance height of 1.90 meters, while the P1 parking garage has 2.00 meters. The official recommendation is still to arrive by public transport, as traffic volume can noticeably increase on event days. ([psd-bank-dome.de](https://www.psd-bank-dome.de/besucherinfos/anfahrt?utm_source=openai))

Important for practical planning are the access rules. Those coming from the A52 should use the right lane for P1 and follow the blue signage; the entrance is located directly between BMW and the PSD BANK DOME. Separate routes apply for P3 and P4 via Am Hülserhof or Theodorstraße, each with color-coded signage. According to the official description, the underground garage is only accessible to guests with a VIP ticket and underground garage parking ticket. According to the access page, P1 and the parking areas generally open 60 minutes before entry and close two hours after the event ends. The FAQ also adds that parking tickets for the underground garage can be purchased in advance and that overnight parking is not possible. Therefore, those specifically looking for PSD BANK DOME parking tips should plan early, check the ticket situation, and select the right parking space before the trip. This reduces stress and prevents unnecessary loops around the venue. ([psd-bank-dome.de](https://www.psd-bank-dome.de/besucherinfos/anfahrt?utm_source=openai))

For visitors with limited mobility, there is an additional, very relevant piece of information: Accessible parking spaces are available on the ground floor of P1. This is also part of the parking logic of the venue and is practically decisive for many search queries regarding PSD BANK DOME parking experiences or PSD BANK DOME underground garage. Those arriving by car should also pay attention to the ticket information, as for many events, a parking ticket purchased in advance can significantly simplify entry. Overall, the parking concept of the PSD BANK DOME is transparent but also event-dependent. The venue operates with clear, event-day-opened areas, different access routes, and a clear separation between regular parking areas and VIP offerings. This structure is particularly sensible for large indoor events because it makes the journey more manageable and reliably leads the way out after the event. Seating Plan, Block Plan, and Best Seats at PSD BANK DOME

Those searching for PSD BANK DOME seating plan or PSD BANK DOME Düsseldorf seating plan usually want to see not just a graphic but to understand how the hall is structured internally and which seats are truly worthwhile for their event. The official website provides a block plan that can be used online and on-site. The ticket indicates the tier and seat number, allowing for quick matching with the block plan. For many events, there are also additional notes in the event calendar regarding visibility, potential standing areas, or VIP options. This is important because the PSD BANK DOME does not work with a rigid 1:1 hall plan but flexibly switches between concert, sports, and show setups. Especially for large productions, the same area can once be a seating area, once a standing area, and once a hospitality zone. ([psd-bank-dome.de](https://www.psd-bank-dome.de/en/visitor-information/block-plan?utm_source=openai))

The question of the best seats cannot be answered with a single number. However, the official ticket information makes a clear statement: The Club Ticket offers comfortable, padded seats with the best view of the stage. Additionally, there is a separate VIP entrance, access to the Schmidt Elektrotechnik Business Club 90 minutes before the show starts, and other hospitality services such as an open bar. Therefore, those searching for PSD BANK DOME best seats find an answer in the official product logic itself: premium seating, better visibility, and a more relaxed visit process. For certain events, boxes or stool seats can also be attractive because they offer a unique perspective on the stage or playing area. This is particularly interesting for visitors who value comfort, service, and good visibility without necessarily wanting to sit in the middle of the dense audience area. ([psd-bank-dome.de](https://www.psd-bank-dome.de/en/events-tickets/ticket-information?utm_source=openai))

Accessibility information is also part of the seating topic, as it shows how differentiated the arena is planned. For wheelchair users, platforms are set up on blocks 004, 009, 017, and 022 on the first floor; companions sit directly behind them. The elevator only goes from the main entrance to the first floor, while the upper tier with blocks 201 to 231 is only accessible by stairs. These details are important not only for guests with mobility impairments but also for anyone needing a realistic assessment of paths and levels when comparing seats. By checking the block plan in advance, one can quickly see whether an area is close to the stage, the playing field, or rather high and far away. This is why the seating plan and block plan at PSD BANK DOME are so closely linked to search intent: the hall is large, but it remains well navigable through clear block structures and official maps. ([psd-bank-dome.de](https://www.psd-bank-dome.de/en/visitor-information/accessibility?utm_source=openai))

Capacity, Seats, and Flexible Space Solutions at PSD BANK DOME

The search for PSD BANK DOME capacity or PSD BANK DOME seats often aims for a simple number, but in practice, the arena's capacity is much more multifaceted. The official media information states a maximum capacity of 15,151 seats. At the same time, the space page shows that the interior can be used extremely flexibly with 1,800 square meters and a height of 24 meters. It can be darkened, visually reduced, and offers different seating arrangements depending on the setup. For row seating, 2,140 seats are indicated, for banquet with long seating 1,280 seats, for banquet at round tables 1,100 seats, and for parliamentary setups 1,068 seats. This flexibility makes the PSD BANK DOME interesting not only for large concerts but also for corporate events, trade fairs, general meetings, and representative formats. ([psd-bank-dome.de](https://www.psd-bank-dome.de/raum/innenraum?utm_source=openai))

Particularly exciting are the additional space components that are often overlooked in a quick Google search. The main foyer measures 1,373 square meters and features plenty of natural light, high ceilings, and direct access to the interior. The VIP check-in brings an additional 450 square meters, along with 32 individual boxes of 35 square meters each with a capacity of up to 20 people, and three double boxes of 70 square meters each with up to 50 people. The two conference rooms in the Business Club are each 118 square meters and can be used separately or together as needed. Such details are relevant for search queries regarding PSD BANK DOME Düsseldorf capacity as well as for corporate clients looking for a scalable event venue rather than just a pure event hall. The PSD BANK DOME is therefore not only large but also finely divisible. This is a real advantage when one wants to keep different visitor groups, sponsors, press areas, or hospitality zones cleanly separated. ([psd-bank-dome.de](https://www.psd-bank-dome.de/veranstalter/raumuebersicht?utm_source=openai))

Additionally, the capacity is not static but has been further developed depending on the event type. D.LIVE introduced a new venue variant in 2025, where the interior of the DOME can be used with up to 6,666 standing places. At the same time, the PSD BANK DOME has been positioned as having the largest indoor capacity in the region. For visitors, this means: The stated capacity is always also an indication of the specific event layout. A sports event, a sold-out show, and a concert with an extended floor can appear differently, even though they take place in the same venue. This is where the practical added value of the PSD BANK DOME lies. The hall can work with very large crowds, but it can also be staged in a manageable and high-quality manner. This versatility is one of the main reasons why the arena has established itself as a fixture for concerts, sports, and special formats for years. ([d-live.de](https://www.d-live.de/artikel/groessere-innenraumkapazitaet-noch-groesseres-erlebnis-im-psd-bank-dome-teddy-swims-hat-die-neue-venue-variante-mit-mehr-als-6000-plaetzen-im-innenraum-eingeweiht?utm_source=openai))

Access, Accessibility, and Visitor Services at PSD BANK DOME

Among the most practical search queries related to the PSD BANK DOME are access, accessibility, and on-site services, in addition to parking. The official access page recommends arriving by public transport and provides very specific connections: Tram line 701 stops directly at the PSD BANK DOME stop, and bus lines 756 and 758 stop at DOME/Am Hülserhof. For many events, the ticket also serves as a fare in the VRR area in the 2nd class, provided the corresponding logo is printed on the ticket. This combination of public transport access and integrated ticketing is particularly helpful for large events, as it alleviates traffic flow before and after the event. Therefore, those searching for access to PSD BANK DOME receive the most important decision-making aid from the venue itself: if possible, come by train or bus; if necessary, plan the parking areas in advance. ([psd-bank-dome.de](https://www.psd-bank-dome.de/besucherinfos/anfahrt?utm_source=openai))

The service area is also clearly organized at the DOME. Kiosks are available on all three levels, offering a selection of hot snacks and cold drinks. Food and drinks are generally allowed to be taken to the seat, except for foods served in bowls. Payment can be made at the catering stands both in cash and cashless, such as with EC cards or smartphones. According to the FAQ, there are no ATMs on site. This is relevant for visitors because it simplifies preparation before the event: cash is not mandatory, but a functioning card or mobile payment method is advisable. Additionally, bags and backpacks larger than DIN A4 are not allowed, which is intended to speed up entry. Such rules are among the most important practical tips as they directly determine how smoothly the visit starts. ([psd-bank-dome.de](https://www.psd-bank-dome.de/en/visitor-information/food-beverages?utm_source=openai))

Accessibility information is also very specific and therefore highly relevant for many search intents. Wheelchair-accessible parking spaces are available on the ground floor of P1, accessible toilets are located in the circulation area on the first floor and are reachable by elevator. The hall platforms for wheelchair users are located on the first floor, and companions sit directly behind them. It is also important to note that tickets for wheelchair users are not sold through the venue itself but are available directly through the respective organizer. Knowing these details before the visit helps avoid unnecessary inquiries and allows for better planning of the stay. This also applies to people with limited mobility, as the upper tier is only accessible by stairs and therefore only conditionally suitable. Overall, it shows: The PSD BANK DOME is not only large and flexible but also functionally well thought out. This is often more valuable in practice than a mere image term. ([psd-bank-dome.de](https://www.psd-bank-dome.de/besucherinfos/barrierefreiheit?utm_source=openai))

History, Operators, and Special Formats at PSD BANK DOME

The history of the PSD BANK DOME is a good example of how an arena has inscribed itself into a city and its event culture over the years. The hall started as ISS DOME and received its current name as part of the naming rights cooperation with PSD Bank and D.LIVE. The operator now describes the DOME as an integral part of the Düsseldorf event market, and official communication shows that the hall is not only intended for large concerts and sporting events but also for high-quality business and hospitality formats. The business boxes are fully furnished, individually combinable rooms for 10 to 60 people and are explicitly advertised for conferences, meetings, or product presentations outside of events. This shows how broadly the use of the venue is now conceived. ([d-live.de](https://www.d-live.de/artikel/aus-iss-dome-wird-psd-bank-dome-psd-bank-wird-neuer-namensgeber-der-15000er-indoor-arena-in-duesseldorf?utm_source=openai))

The development of the hall over the past years is also remarkable. D.LIVE refers to renovations and developments, such as the conversion of standing places into seating and the expansion of the indoor capacity. At the same time, the connection to Düsseldorfer EG remains central, as the DOME has been the home of the traditional club since the 2006/07 season. This gives the hall a dual character: on one hand, it is a large multipurpose arena for international shows and sporting events, and on the other hand, it is a place of identification for local fan groups and recurring formats. This is also one reason why the PSD BANK DOME regularly plays a role in search queries for photos, events, or historical background information. Visitors are not only interested in how to get there but also why this place has become so important in Düsseldorf. ([d-live.de](https://www.d-live.de/artikel/deg-und-dlive-schmieden-vermarktungsallianz-und-verlaengern-den-mietvertrag-fuer-den-psd-bank-dome-bis-sommer-2027-1?utm_source=openai))

In the daily life of the venue, this mix of tradition and modernity is very evident. On one side are the great live moments with concerts, shows, sports, and special formats, while on the other side is the thoughtful visitor guidance with block plans, clear parking areas, public transport connections, and a differentiated hospitality offering. This is how the PSD BANK DOME remains relevant for different target groups: fans search for seats and programs, families look for easy access and parking, and companies seek boxes, conference rooms, and a representative address. In total, a profile emerges that goes far beyond the idea of a classic concert arena. Those who understand the PSD BANK DOME understand a modern multifunctional hall that combines size, function, and event feeling. Such rules are among the most important practical tips as they directly determine how smoothly the visit starts.

I had an amazing experience at the PSD Bank Dome in Düsseldorf. From start to finish, everything was impressively well-organized. Getting there was easy—public transport options were convenient and well-marked, and traffic was managed smoothly. The entrance process was quick and efficient, with helpful staff and clear signage that made it easy to find our seats. Inside, the atmosphere was electric. The acoustics were top-notch—the sound quality was crystal clear, and the balance between vocals and instruments was perfect. You could feel the bass without it being overwhelming. The light and visual effects were stunning, enhancing the performance without distracting from it. It’s clear that this venue is designed to give both performers and the audience the best possible experience. Clean facilities, plenty of food and drink options, and an overall sense of security and comfort made the night unforgettable. Highly recommended for any concert lover—I’ll definitely be back for more shows!

I was at the Cyndi Lauper concert in February, and I have to say the audio was terrible. The sound only came from above, and when you’re in the first row, there should be smaller speakers in front. That way, when I record a YouTube Short to support the artist, the audio also sounds good. But when all the sound comes only from above, my phone recordings sound awful. Please fix this because we live in the age of social media.

Very crowded due to big events but definitely well organised as there were no long queues. Drinks were extremely expensive we paid 8.5 euro for a glass of Cola :( and 3 euro for Gardrobe (why not having it free like in the Netherlands?) There was also a long queue after parking but that's understandable.
