Tchaikovsky's Ballet Classic with International Ensemble in Düsseldorf

Swan Lake is one of the most famous ballet works in classical music. On October 26, 2026, the Ballet Classique Solenne brings Tchaikovsky's famous production to Düsseldorf. The performance starts at 7 PM at the Capitol Theater on Erkrather Straße 30.

The internationally cast ensemble combines the expressive music of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky with classical ballet and a magical stage world. The focus is on the story surrounding Swan Lake – a work that has been known for generations for its emotional plot, impressive pas de deux, and characteristic atmosphere.

Classical Ballet with New Design

For the Düsseldorf performance, the Ballet Classique Solenne announces new costumes and hand-painted stage sets. This gives the production a special visual design. Together with the internationally cast ensemble, a classical ballet evening is created that highlights the romantic and dramatic side of “Swan Lake.”

The work is suitable for visitors who want to experience Tchaikovsky's music live and see the tradition of classical ballet on stage. The combination of dance, music, and stage design makes the performance a cultural evening at the Düsseldorf Capitol Theater.
