Winter Curling in Düsseldorf-Derendorf
When the curling stone glides over the lane and the cheering from friend circles, families, and teams gets louder in the heated tent, a special winter evening begins at the Düsseldorf Flower Wholesale Market. On December 11, 2026, Wellfairs invites you to go curling in Derendorf.
Four lanes, a sporting competition
Right next to the flower market, four curling lanes await players. No prior experience is required, and the curling stones will be provided on-site. Precision, feel, and the right strategy determine which stone comes closest to the target. Even small deviations in direction and speed change the course of the game.
Heated tent with a winter atmosphere
The heated tent combines the thrill of the playing field with a cozy stadium atmosphere. Music, warm lighting, and the view of the concentrated teams create a lively backdrop while outside the winter temperatures await. The event is suitable for friend circles, families, clubs, colleagues, and private groups.
Food truck, mulled wine, and continued celebrations
Between rounds, a gastronomic offer provides new energy. Pinsa, soups, waffles, beer, soft drinks, and mulled wine make curling a sociable winter event. Those who want to customize the evening can also book the venue for their own group.
Convenient arrival and free parking
The venue is located on Ulmenstraße in Düsseldorf-Derendorf. Free parking directly at the door makes arrival easier. The event takes place in a heated tent, providing a pleasant environment for the sporting evening even in winter weather.
Conclusion: Winter fun with sporting ambition
At the curling event at the Düsseldorf Flower Wholesale Market, tactical skill, team spirit, and winter sociability come together. Those looking to experience a special evening with friends, family, or colleagues will find four lanes, good catering, and a charming setting here. Mark your calendars for December 11, 2026, and experience curling live.
