Winter Curling in a Heated Tent at the Flower Wholesale Market
On Saturday, December 5, 2026, the Flower Wholesale Market in Düsseldorf-Derendorf transforms into a meeting point for winter team sports. In a heated tent, four curling lanes are ready – perfect conditions for friends, families, clubs, companies, and groups.
Four Lanes, One Exciting Competition
On the ice surface, every attempt counts: With feeling, precision, and the right tactics, the curling stone glides over the lane. Two teams compete against each other and try to place their stones as close to the target as possible. Concentration, team communication, and a good game system decide the outcome of each round.
Stadium Atmosphere in a Winter Setting
The heated tent combines field excitement with a winter atmosphere. Crowd noise, fan chants, and the distinct gliding of the curling stones provide sporting energy while families and friend groups cheer on their teams. Children can also participate on-site with suitable curling stones.
Winter Meeting Point for Groups
The offer is aimed at private groups as well as companies, clubs, and friend circles. For culinary enjoyment, Pinsa, soups, waffles, and mulled wine are available. This makes curling a sociable winter outing with sporting competition and shared time away from everyday life.
Important Notes for Visitors
Booking takes place online via the Wellfairs ticket shop. Up to eight curling stones are available per lane. A deposit of 50 euros in cash or an identification document is required for issuance. Visitors should arrive about 15 minutes before their booked time at the curling lane.
The curling at the Flower Wholesale Market combines precision sports, fan chants, and winter Düsseldorf lifestyle. Those who want to experience the field tension of this special group experience live should secure a lane in time and bring friends, family, or colleagues along.
