RAR Vol. IX brings electronic border crossings to Lock Two

On Wednesday, October 7, 2026, Lock Two in the Bilker Bunker transforms into a vibrant meeting point for electronic club culture. RAR Vol. IX combines DJ sets, live electronica, and experimental dance music with an extraordinary atmosphere between concrete, bar, and underground.

Miss* Modular opens the evening with Electroclash and Synthpunk

Miss* Modular has influenced the DJ and band scene in the Rhine-Ruhr region for many years. Together with DJ Edelescort, she founded the party series RAR. Her set accompanies the entrance until the concert and oscillates between Electroclash, Experimental, and Synthpunk. Quirky synthesizers, edgy beats, and electronic pop edges meet a curious crowd.

Bob Humid live: Eclectic electronics with IDM energy

Robert Edwin Feuchtl Mato, also known as Bob Humid, brings a restless live set to Düsseldorf. His sound blends electronica and IDM with an experimental signature. The Cologne musician also works as a DJ, radio play producer, indie film sound tracker, music journalist, label manager, and mixing and mastering engineer. This creates an intense live moment at Lock Two between richness of detail, rhythm, and futuristic sound aesthetics.

MarXa and DJ Edelescort drive the dance floor atmosphere

MarXa, a Düsseldorf scene veteran and self-proclaimed techno witch, brings a mix of house, Latin-influenced club, and UK bass to the dance floor. DJ Edelescort takes over the late hours with an eclectic music mix of electronica, IDM, post-dubstep, techno, and other electronic peripheral areas.

Sound system in the concrete bunker

Lock Two is the music bar in the basement of the Bilker Bunker and focuses on DJ culture, live performances, and intimate concerts. For the evening, a professional sound system with VUE speakers, Martin Audio monitoring, Technics SL-1210 MK2, Pioneer CDJ 3000, Allen & Heath Xone:92, and SQ-5 is ready. The former bunker architecture enhances the direct, physical character of the music.

RAR Vol. IX offers an unusual club experience for those seeking electronic music off the beaten track. Four acts, a distinctive venue, and a party lineup between live set, DJ culture, and experimental dance energy make this Wednesday night a special date in Düsseldorf's nightlife.
