Carl Hager invites you to an artistic message in a bottle in Düsseldorf

With Message in a Bottle, Carl Hager presents an exhibition at the Peter Tedden Gallery in Düsseldorf. The title evokes associations of messages from afar, of found objects, memories, and thoughts that find their way through time and space. Visitors can experience the presentation in an established gallery of the Düsseldorf art scene.

Art between proximity, distance, and discovery

The term message in a bottle carries a special tension: A message is sent off without knowing the exact moment of its arrival. This poetic starting point opens the view for an exhibition where perception, materiality, and personal interpretation come together. The works invite viewers to take a closer look and make their own connections between image, space, and memory.

Peter Tedden Gallery as Düsseldorf's art address

The Peter Tedden Gallery has been operating in Düsseldorf since 1992 and is dedicated to contemporary art with a focus on representational painting. Since 2018, the exhibition venue is located at Mutter-Ey-Straße 5, right in the Old Town of Düsseldorf. The concentrated atmosphere of the gallery creates a quiet framework for intensive art contemplation and personal conversations.

An afternoon for art enthusiasts

The exhibition Carl Hager: Message in a Bottle starts on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Between gallery spaces, artworks, and the impressions of Düsseldorf's center, a concert experience arises in a figurative sense: not a loud stage moment, but a silent dialogue between work and audience, shaped by light, space, and individual perception.

Conclusion

Message in a Bottle promises an atmospheric exhibition visit for all who wish to not only view contemporary art but to experience it as a personal journey of discovery. Anyone wanting to meet Carl Hager's works live at the Peter Tedden Gallery should mark October 29, 2026, on their calendar.
