Georgette Dee and Terry Truck: Chanson Art with Great Soul
On Friday, November 27, 2026, the Savoy Theater Düsseldorf transforms into an atmospheric resonance space for strong emotions, fine irony, and compelling chansons. Georgette Dee sings about the life behind life – accompanied on piano by Terry Truck, who shapes the evening with precise playing and expressive musical arrangements.
Between Longing, Wit, and Wild Stories
Georgette Dee leads her audience through emotional landscapes where perseverance, falling, getting up, love, and letting go each find their own sound. Grande gestures meet soft tones, sharp malice meets casual provocations. Her stage performance combines singing, storytelling, and theatrical presence into a unique concert experience.
A Piano as a Musical Conversation Partner
Terry Truck gives the songs on the piano the necessary polish. His accompaniment creates space for dynamic contrasts, pointed transitions, and a finely tuned synchronization between voice and instrument. This creates a concentrated live atmosphere where every nuance of the chanson lyrics comes to life.
Chansons that Shed New Light on Life
The songs of Georgette Dee tell of longing, desire, and passion, of heartache and the astonishing comedy of existence. Her musical dramaturgy moves between intimate closeness and sparkling stage energy. The Savoy Theater provides the fitting backdrop: an evening for all who wish to experience singing not just as a sound, but as an immediate encounter.

Previous performances by Georgette Dee and Terry Truck have been described in fan reports as poetic, emotional, sympathetic, and hypnotic.
